Sameer Naik moved from India to Canada to grow his career.  Sameer works with Canada’s largest independent software company, Business Objects, in its Vancouver Yaletown office. Business Objects believes in developing careers and gives its 5,000 employees the support and opportunities they need to evolve their careers.  Employees have opportunities to work in Vancouver, Paris, Shanghai, and Bangalore, to name a few of its 80 offices worldwide. 
Sameer Naik, Feature Test Developer at Business Objects explains, “I was offered a position in Business Objects’ Vancouver office which meant moving from India.  At first I was reluctant to change, but then thought about my career development and accepted the offer. Not only did Business Objects take care of every last detail with my move, the positive and engaging cultural environment has allowed my career to expand. I am more involved with strategy and very happy about my decision to relocate to B.C.”
