Born across the border, Mr. Manoharlal Gaba, 70, has travelled far. After the partition of 1947 his family found home away from home in the same pind as Begum Noor Jahan, the beauty who has a man-made wonder, the Taj Mahal, dedicated to her. He moved to Canada 20 years ago after suffering health problems. Realizing that he wanted to be close to his family who were all settled in Canada he decided to move and help his brother by sharing the business responsibility. He has worked hard towards making Gaba Travels achieve a name in Vancouver. Besides concentrating on his business, he works hard on his health by exercising which he considers a vital part of his daily schedule. His morning tea is accompanied with the Brahma Kumari TV show that he loves to watch. “My father taught me that honesty is the best quality a human being can have. I have lived my life by his principles and dedicate everything to him,” says Mr. Gaba.
