What have you done for your hometown: We did a building upgrade for Joseph Convent School near Satnaur.
With the heart and soul of a dreamer, Mr. Harvinder Singh Bains moved to Canada in 1997 at a tender age of 15. He fondly remembers the endless green fields that surrounded his pind and growing up framed in nature’s beauty. Alas, his small town was not enough to provide him the lifestyle and standard of living he yearned for his family. Moving to Canada with a hope to grow as a family and find a better future, he achieved it when he joined his father’s construction business. With a keen eye and mind for business, he changed the business name to Direct Call 4 Renos to target all communities around the Vancouver area. He believes that by staying loyal to his customers and putting all his effort at every job he can achieve all the success that he dreamt of as a teenager. Being on the road most of his time, he loves listening to the radio, especially the Paul Brar talk show. “If you work hard and get past the struggle period, you can achieve anything in Canada,” says Mr. Bains.
