Even today, I can smell the perfume Jassi was wearing when we finally met for the first time.
Her face was moist. Jassi had been crying.
We sat there in a lover’s silence, saying things but not speaking. I could feel Jassis love flow into me. I don’t know how to describe it. It gave me a peace I had never felt before, I felt spiritual holding Jassi.
My fairy straightened up and wiped her eyes.
“I don’t know what has happened to me.” she said. “I feel such pain since I saw you... After I met you all I could think about is you holding me... I want you in my life always. I want to marry you...”
Her eyes penetrated mine as I looked at this girl I hardly knew. Yet I knew everything I would ever need.
“I love you.” I said, wiping her tears with both my hands...
