eating one's fruits and vegetables, getting at least seven hours of sleep per night, working out: dancing, cycling, swimming, tennis, golf; dining out at nice restuarants, laughter, a healthy mind-body relationship clearly works for you. Best of luck with your nursing studies, nursing can be a very rewarding career, cherish your days as a student. Might I suggest snoeshoeing at Mount Seymour on their excellent trails {not that I'm knocking snoeboarding at whistler}... also hiking on the trails at the seymour demonstartion forest-north vancouver, they are closer and more accessible... the salmon hatchery and cleveland dam at the capilano river regional park are also a wonderful hiking excursion...
