Annual BC Children’s Lottery close to sold-out

With ticket sales approaching 85% it appears that BC Children's Hospital Dream Lottery may be headed for yet another early sell out. The popularity of this lottery continues to grow due to both the exceptional Grand Prize options and the cause.
This year's six Grand Prize packages include homes in High Point Estates, Elgin Estates, Tsawwassen Springs, Vancouver, Osoyoos and the largest cash prize ever of $2.2 million.
The Early Bird prize worth over $195,000 includes the choice of a Tesla with a $20,000 vacation and $20,000 cash or a BMW i8 with $5,000 cash or $150,000 cash.
The 50/50 draw that runs in conjunction with Dream Lottery is maintaining a record setting pace and could reach a resounding $2.3 million jackpot when all is said and done. Currently the jackpot is over $1.5 million, winner takes half.
With the Early Bird deadline scheduled for midnight October 2 and sales already over 82% ticket buyers are encouraged to act now.
Last year saw a number of potential buyers miss the deadline due to rapid sales activity as Early Bird deadline approached.
Tickets are priced at 3 for $100 - 6 for $175 - 9 for $250 - 20 for $500.
The 50/50 tickets which can be purchased in conjunction with Dream lottery tickets are priced at 2 for $15 - 6 for $30 - 16 for $60.
Tickets are available by calling  604-692-2333 or on line at www.bcchildren.com or purchase at London Drugs, Save-On-Foods or Grand Prize homes in High Point Estates, Elgin Estates and Tsawwassen.
