Here comes the rain! A positive way to look at it is that it opens up a whole new realm of fashion possibilities: the raincoat, an umbrella and, of course, boots. One sure fire way to help combat all of this liquid sunshine is to invest in some rain boots. Personally, I'm not a big fan of rubber boots, but when I saw Elise in her "wellies", I totally changed my mind. I like how she paired them with an oversized sweater and a quilted bag.
